Assign Color to Worksheet Tab

In Excel, you can assign color to worksheets tab is helpful to identify easily with different types of colors. There are two method to change/assign the tab color.

Method 1:

Right click on the worksheet tab where you want to assign color, you will get a option to choose as shown in the below picture.

And select the option "Tab Color", it will show you the colors that want to apply for sheet tab as shown in the below image.

Select the desired color from the above window, your sheet tab will be colored now as below.

Method 2:

The second method is by selecting option from the Menu "Format", which is to assign color for the worksheet tab as you like, the following procedure will follow to assign color.
Go to menu bar and click Home->Format->Tab Color to change the tab color as shown in the below picture.

Select the required color then automatically it will change. If you want to change more color then click more color option, a window will appear as below.
