Highlight Duplicate Value or Data

           You can easily highlight the duplicated data among the large volume of data in a worksheet of excel. We will start with below example to understand clearly in Excel.
 

Highlight Duplicate Values in the table

Follow the below steps to highlight the duplicate names.
 

Step 1:

Select the required range or cells in excel as given below.

Step 2:

 Then, go to menu bar and click Home->Conditional Formatting->Highlight Cells Rules->Duplicate Values as shown in the below picture.

After clicking the above option, a window will appear as below to choose the desired option from that list.

After selection, click OK to complete the process. The output will be displayed as shown in the below picture.
